Great news! The Queensland Government will end the Greater Brisbane lockdown from 12noon on Thursday 1 April. While we are thrilled about lockdown ending, there are still a number of restrictions in place and we remind our customers, staff and visitors to remain vigilant and follow the current guidelines.

Important Centre Update (from 12noon Thursday 1 April)

The following restrictions apply to Sunny Park and all its customers, staff and visitors:

Mask Requirements:

  • Face masks must be worn both in centre and within stores at all times.
  • Masks must be carried on your person outside the centre.
  • You must wear a mask if travelling to the centre via public transport or in a taxi or ride share. These are no longer required in your personal vehicle.
  • Masks may be temporarily removed to consume food or drinks.

Other Restrictions:

  • Retailers can return to one person per 2 square metres inside at a time.
  • Smaller cafes and restaurants (under 200sqm) can accommodate one person per 2 square metres.
  • You must be seated to eat or drink.

We are committed to protecting our community, retailers, staff and customers, with signage reminding people of hygiene and social distancing requirements, sanitiser stations for all to use and a strengthened focus on cleaning, particularly touch points and high traffic areas.

Remember that we all play a part in keeping our community safe and customers are expected to adhere to public health rules whilst visiting Sunny Park. This includes:

  • Social distance yourself from others and keep 1.5 metres away
  • Wearing a mask while inside the centre and stores
  • Staying home if you are unwell
  • Social distance yourself from others and keep 1.5 metres away
  • Keep your hands clean and use the hand sanitisers located at various locations throughout the centre
  • Use tap-and-go instead of cash
  • Respect our customer limits when entering stores, using the lifts and taking a seat.
  • Checking in upon arrival to cafes, beauty providers and any other retailers that require contact tracing details.


Please keep in mind that stores may be trading with reduced hours, we recommend contacting individual stores for absolute clarification.


Many of your favourite Sunnybank restaurants, cafes, and independent fresh food outlets are OPEN for takeaway & delivery.

You can still order-in store to take away but in addition to this many are also accepting phone orders so you can call ahead and collect at a time that suits you. Many of your favourite Foodies can also be found on Food Delivery platforms such as EASI, UberEats, Deliveroo & Menulog.
